Starting kindergarten is an exciting time for children and their families. Some experts consider kindergarten one of the most meaningful academic years since it helps set the stage for all the learning that will take place in the future. Students become curious, creative learners. By introducing students to the fundamentals, virtual kindergarten helps them develop basic computer skills, better listening comprehension, mathematical thinking, and more.
Children need a safe place to be their authentic selves. I truly believe in my heart that we must meet children where they are and partner with them in these early years of development and self exploration. With the pressure children have to be "ready" for First Grade and beyond, I believe we miss the beauty of early childhood.
At Night Owl's, we believe that learning should be fun while also preparing your child for school. We provide age appropriate development curriculum, while also allowing students the socializing that they need.
Though our center not open yet, we are have a online preschool, kindergarten, and summer camps for kids. We feel that it is important for children to learn, while staying in touch with their peers. When our childcare door's open, we will still continue our online programs.
